When will my order be shipped?
If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.
Can I return the product?
The Coney Box® is a cardboard serving tray for single use. For hygienic reasons, returns are not possible.
Is your order damaged or delivered incorrectly? Report this within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photo. We will quickly provide a suitable solution.
